We refuse the unauthorized collection of the email addresses posted on this website by means of email-harvesting programs or other technical devices. Any violation may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)
- No person shall collect email addresses from a website on which an intention to refuse the collection of email addresses is expressly indicated, by using a program that automatically collects email addresses or any other technical device.
- No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
- No person shall use for the transmission of information any email address while knowing that its collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs (1) and (2).
Article 74 of the Same Act (Penalty Provisions)
Any person who, in violation of Article 50-2, collects, sells, or distributes email addresses or uses them for the transmission of information shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
